Cancellation Policy

If an inset or consultancy booking is cancelled less than one calendar month prior to the agreed date of delivery, 50% of the fee will be charged.

If an inset or consultancy booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the agreed date of delivery, 100% of the fee will be charged.

Requests for rescheduled bookings will be considered if a future booking can be agreed and confirmed for later in the academic year from the original inset date, however rescheduling will not be considered any less than one calendar month prior to the agreed delivery date.

Any accomodation and travel expenses incurred will be charged.

Cancellation for delegates booked onto Literacy Tree courses made more than 14 days prior to course commencement will not incur cancellation charges. Cancellations within 2 to 14 days of course commencement will incur a 50% cancellation fee, between 0 and 2 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
