Home Learning Branches
These branches are designed to support home learners to access literature-based learning using a selection of books we love from the Literary Curriculum. They include purposeful writing suggestions, links to the wider curriculum so that texts can be used across other subjects, key questions as well as spelling or phonics investigations. Why not also check out our recent blogs all about book-led learning at home?

"So excited to see that this brilliant resource for teaching literacy in schools through whole books has now been extended to support literacy learning at home. Each ‘Home Learning Branch’ offers a variety of easy to pick up and use suggestions for engaging literacy activities and discussions focused on a selected book. I am looking forward to sharing some of the wonderful choices of books with my children over the next few months and helping to develop their love of books and interest in writing as we go."
Belinda Haslam, Parent, imminent home-school teacher, Educational Psychologist
