Information we may collect from you

We may collect and process the following data about you:

• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site literarycurriculum.co.uk. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service or requesting further consultancy services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our site.
• If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
• Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, operating system, browser usage and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
• Financial information, e.g, credit card information, is entered by the user at the time of purchase. We do not retain this information and to facilate the payment process we use two third-party online payment gateways, PayPal and Stripe which are reliable ways to transfer key payment information. Stripe and Paypal assume responsibility of processing money, verifying client accounts and have their own privacyn policies.

Visitors to our Website

When someone visits literarycurriculum.co.uk, we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and we do not share this. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Newsletter database

As part of the registration process for our subscription service we collect email addresses to send a termly e-newsletter. We do this for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses and we never have done.

We use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.
